No minimum; up to €7.5m in level 1 and €25m in levels 2/3. Grant of 3% or 5%, capped at €200,000. Your bank determines the individual interest rate.

AiF Projekt GmbH (the ZIM project agency) reports a temporary ZIM application pause since 7 July 2026. Only zim.de states whether any exemptions apply. Check there before you plan an application.
