Does the monitor already show fines or investigations?
Once a competent body officially publishes a measure and it can be identified exactly, it can enter as a separate evidence record. No entry does not prove that no review is taking place.
Why is the Federal Network Agency marked as “mandated by statute”?
Because promulgation is now evidenced: Federal Law Gazette 2026 I No. 223 of 28 July 2026, in force since 29 July 2026. Section 2(1) KI-MIG makes it the competent market-surveillance authority. Until promulgation was evidenced it stood at “proposed” — the monitor separates parliamentary adoption from entry into force.
Is a voluntary code the same as a legal duty?
No. A code can support a compliance route; the duty comes from the AI Act. Both remain visible as separate instrument types.
Does the monitor use generative AI?
No. Retrieval, identity, fingerprints, links and changes follow published rules and official identifiers.
